Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This position is an integral part of the analytics team and will drive the development and management of effective, integrated digital strategies for both B2C and B2B channels. This role includes strong problem solving, leadership and relationship building skills. Job Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Define analytics approach and strategy on projects in line with business and marketing objectivesDevelop marketing and digital insights that enhance current campaigns and develop new ones to meet performance objectives Drive cross-functional teams to develop and evolve ideas to bring together marketing goals, sales objectives and online customer needsLeverage industry benchmarks and best practices to enhance digital business and marketing programs Analysis of trends and data to identify valuable insights and strategic opportunities; prioritize initiatives based on highest value add opportunities & manage stakeholder expectations accordingly Partner with cross-functional teams to outline a learning agenda and measurement system to build a foundation for marketing strategy Be highly collaborative within the business and work closely with the various business teams to ensure that the projects are on time, within budget and meet all expectations Proactively seeks out new analytical tools and approaches Monitor, analyze, report on digital marketing and sales performance and regularly optimize campaigns based on KPI and baseline Evaluate business marketing program strengths and opportunities to identify opportunities for resolution based on data analysis Lead A/B, multivariate testing, personalization, analysis, and identify new opportunities to reach marketing and sales objectives Mentor and grow junior data scientists in the area of Digital Marketing Analytics Basic qualifications: Position requires a four year degree from an accredited college or university. 5 years of direct experience in marketing analytics or related fields such as digital, advertising, digital marketing analytics etc. 3 years of experience at an agency, consultancy, or analytics provider, with demonstrated ability to foster strong client relationships. 3 years of analytics industry tools and systems for managing and planning digital and marketing campaigns such as analytics tools, web analytics tools, CRM, digital marketing technology, ad servers, etc.3 years of experience managing direct reports and/or training junior team members. Top candidates will also have: Masters degree preferred (or equivalent) quantitative discipline, or equivalent knowledge through depth and breadth of professional experience. Excellent quantitative skills and ability to interpret data from multiple sources.Experience with leveraging Multi-channel attribution for measurement and optimization of digital marketing efforts. Hands on experience with marketing technology (e.g., Data Management Platforms, DMP s, DSP s), ad-serving (e.g. Google DCM, Atlas), CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, ExactTarget), and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple digital and traditional marketing channels.Demonstrated proficiency in web analytics, customer centric marketing and personalization. Superior professional acumen including verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to explain analytics, digital, and marketing concepts to non-experts.Hands on experience with marketing mix modeling/econometric analysis. Hands on experience with market research (custom survey research, advertising testing or tracking, new product research, etc.) Experience executing scenario planning to develop alternative media and marketing plans. Hands on experience with analytical tools (R, Python, SAS, Tableau). Proven project or program management expertise, preferably agile experience.
