Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Sales & Marketing Implementation Manager will engage regularly with Sales & Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Channel Partners/Brokers, Call Centers, and Development & IT to streamline and create innovative processes to help achieve our team goals. The role will focus on meeting the profitable standards of acquisition and retention excellence while delivering financial targets. He/she is a vital influencer that will develop a strong suite of p roject b uilding initiatives that allow Sales & M arketing goals to be met, aligning with organizational expectations. He/she will proactively identify system and procedural short falls and gaps that could negatively impact customer experience, campaign execution, and overall performance. In addition, they will cross functionally work with call center team leads to ensure processes flow seamlessly to maximize program performance. Responsibilities Support organizational strategies and objectives to drive overall company growth and propel customer satisfaction for both acquisition and retention Provide strategic leade rship and planning to drive Sales & M arketing initiatives (New product dev elopment, partner onboarding call center readiness, operational and digital projects, brand implementation). Act as the liaison between Sales & Marketing and Development/IT/Change Management to o perationally support key strategic priorities. Work with Business intelligence to validate partner sales and commission reporting Aid in product creation and implementation processes Ensure program implementation across the business to ensure companywide alignment. Lead cross-functional teams, both representing operations and businesses, to ensure full scope of Sales and Marketing organization is considered and included in the project pla n. Build a strong collaborative partnership with cross-functional team members and vendor partners. Participate in the organization and execution of promotions, incentives, cross sell initiatives, and project launches by working in collaboration with the key stakeholders Work with Analytics partners to identify key consumer insights to strengthen the development and execution of acquisition and retention initiatives Regularly provides feedback to the leadership team in terms of process, barriers, scope changes, internal and external partner concerns and overall budget. Work closely with key members of the sales teams, sales performance analytics teams, and commercial team to recognize areas of growth and improvement. Ensures process readiness prior to major campaign launches Aid in branding initiatives that require operational work and/or communication to our customers. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing or MBA required with a minimum of five (5 ) years of marketing experience. Experience addressing the needs of consumers and retail customers while delivering successful programs. Experience and success in leading collaborative, cross-functional teams and presenting campaigns and initiatives to a broad range of internal and external partners. Ability to manage self , be pro-active and prioritize projects. Demonstrated ability to elevate existing business to higher levels of performance. Passionate about accountability and goal achievement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable recommendations. Co nsistently pushes creativity & innovation with. Ability to challenge and be challenged with constructive feedback.
