Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Responsibilities Develop the vision and marketing plan for the event using customer insights, and performance data, and secure alignment with senior leaders within retail, and marketing organizations. Work cross-functionally to execute themed marketing content across Amazon including ownership of all editorial content, marketing, and merchandising for the event. Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefits while building excellent customer experiences. Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve programs dynamically. Drive customer engagement through continual optimization of content, targeting, and merchandising placements. Basic Qualifications 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in online consumer marketing managing online customer experience, merchandising, and marketing strategies. Experience proposing new ideas, concepts, or features with confidence, providing supporting data and projected ROI Proven ability to use customer, and campaign performance data to develop short, and long-term recommendations, and dynamically course-correct based on performance. Comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools. Ability to learn new tools quickly. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior leaders BA/BS required Preferred Qualifications MBA preferred 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in online consumer marketing managing online customer experience, merchandising, and marketing strategies. Expertise in product marketing strategies; proven ability to generate innovate and effective marketing programs that generate results Proven track-record of delivering online traffic growth from multiple sources including free and paid search, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social networking, banner advertisements, and on-site placements Strong sense of brand and editorial voice; able to harmonize message across channels and marketing vehicles Experience with SQL and XML, proficiency with HTML, Excel, PowerPoint.
