Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Participates in the cleansing, transformation, conversion, and daily maintenance of master data at an enterprise level Assists in the development of standardized data governance processes, including the development of tools and templates.Coordinates and completes SAP data entry through the defined processes within the identified internal service level agreements.Actively participates in data clean-up and validation efforts by partnering with business users to ensure integrity of master data.Participates in the development of master data creation and process procedures to effectively manage the master data.Investigates and resolves non-compliance/data integrity issues. Participates in business reviews and design sessions to identify additional master data process requirements. Defines new Winshuttle requirements for mass data creation and updates.Develops new Winshuttle Scripts for processing and loading SAP master data.Collaborates with the business process team leads in defining data structures to support various business processes for the organization. Participates in master data/database process documentation.Leads and participate in business reviews and design sessions to identify additional reporting needs and process requirements. Develops and maintains reports and systems used throughout the organization for business analytics. Participates in future BI/BW/Data Analytics system implementations and use. Actively manages professional development. University or four-year college degree in Business Intelligence/Operations/IS or equivalent industry experienceA minimum of 2 years of experience in master data and internal customer servicePractical knowledge of related functions including product development, design, marketing, wholesale sales, merchandising, inventory planning, customer relations and distributionA passion for the Outdoor Industry and Travel / Adventure a plusProficient in the navigation of data (structured and unstructured)Read and develop SQL, T-SQL or PL/SQLExperience with business intelligence software, including experience working with one or more tools such as Tableau, MS Excel, Power BI, Qlikview, SAP, and SAP BWPractical knowledge and use of Microsoft SQL Server databases and systems including Visual StudioScripting skills in PowerShell, PHP, SQL, BASH and Windows Command/Batch Files Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 2016 including Excel Macro development and trouble shooting Ability to quickly troubleshoot and debug issues Can translate business needs into solution deliverables and software recommendations Understands and interprets complex data Adapts to quickly changing methods, technologies, software and business requirements Ability to transform data into information and create visually intuitive and meaningful illustrations (analytical mindset); can create innovative solutions for challenging data and visualization Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and documentation skillsAbility to collect, interpret and analyze complex data and information Leadership capability and initiative in building an enterprise analytics mindset; help lead the evolution and merging of technologies to ease creation and use of analytics Proven ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment; able to manage and lead change Highly driven, self-motivated and capable of working without significant supervision Flexible nature with the ability to react quickly and sometimes creatively to business needs Team player Ability to understand and respond to a diverse internal customer populationAbility to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing on a wide variety of business and technical topics Can give formal and informal presentations to technical and non-technical colleagues Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities, milestones and deadlines; experience documenting work planning and execution Proficiency in all Microsoft programs Knowledge of data base software preferred Occasional travel may be required.
