Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This dynamic position within the Lending Engagement and Strategy team will focus on translating customer data into insights that drive key lending strategies. The individual will have the unique and challenging opportunity to influence critical initiatives, including credit line increases, balance transfers, and promotional financing, in order to grow customer engagement across all credit card portfolios in Chase Card Services. Because the candidate will work closely with the Risk organization to ensure our actions are fiscally responsible, strong candidates for this role likely have experience in credit risk and are interested in becoming more involved in business strategy. Key Responsibilities Synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights to influence business strategies Segment customers based on internal and external attributes to clearly identify opportunities for growth, drive targeting strategies and measure overall portfolio performance Collaborate with partners on marketing and risk teams team to understand credit risk across key customer segments align lending treatments to drive profitable growth Forecast P&L impacts of various marketing initiatives Measure campaign performance and effectively communicate results and recommendations to senior leadership Bachelor's degree in a business, finance, economics, engineering, or mathematics; MBA preferred 7-10 years of related experience within marketing, finance or risk analysis; credit risk experience strongly preferred Experience evaluating complex mathematical/statistical risk models preferred Proficiency writing code to query data Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Understanding of the key drivers within the credit card P&L Proficiency in critical thinking and problem solving Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
