Continually gathers and assesses data and stakeholder motivations, needs, and expectations to inform and prepare the most relevant internal communications strategies and opportunities Executes integrated internal communications plans that align to local operating needs and Corporate critical performance indicators and outcomes needed to create and grow brand reputation Demonstrates confidence and clarity while supporting the execution of global engagement strategies for UTC enterprise Brings a multi-stakeholder, integrative view that interconnects insights and realities Leads with skills as a storyteller and helps develop UTRC communications that create deep emotional connections to the company s brand reputation e.g. awards, new innovation, and more Manage the day-to-day operations of UTRC s internal site including understanding news value, overseeing the editorial calendar and authoring content for posting Support budget requirements, as needed Qualification: Required Qualifications: Superior written, oral and visual communications in a variety of styles and formats Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in digital Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative, but also to be a strong team player Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple high-priority assignments while demonstrating adaptability professionalism About UTRC: United Technologies Research Center delivers advanced technologies to the businesses of United Technologies Corp. - industry leaders in high technology products and services for the building and aerospace industries - to improve the performance, energy efficiency and cost of UTC products and processes.
