Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Responsibilities: Leads 60-person team of associates managing to a high, steady increasing talent bar Managing end-to-end commercial KYC process as Process Owner encompassing all expectations associated with Commercial Process Owner Managing KYC reporting and exceptions processing including BOT and RPA technology and execution CKYC Strategic agenda to support commercial imperatives of Simplicity, Digital Adoption and a Beautiful Client Experience Drives intent, coordinates, manages and executes all aspects of KYC across the commercial division, including communication, reporting, fulfillment, monitoring, exceptions handling, and training Identifies opportunities for enhancing operations performance and risk management/measurement practices and works collaboratively with client and partners to drive improvements including control environment Leverages influence across matrixed environment to ensure all resources and stakeholders are aligned and well informed of risk, issues and ongoing performance Provide insight and expertise to the business on critical risk and regulatory needs through deep engagement Manages $8MM annual budget Basic Qualifications A Bachelor s Degree or Military Experience At least 5 years of Operations Management At least 3 years as a Process Owner of a Critical Business Process At least 5 years as a People Leader At least 3 years of story-telling experience leveraging Power Point Preferred Qualifications 2 years of experience in Commercial Banking 1 or more years of experience in a core non-credit risk management function such enterprise risk management, compliance or operational risk management Previous management / business consulting experience Prior experience as an Operations or Business Analyst 2 Years experience in Project Management At this time.
