Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Build a strong culture of accountability and client excellence Act as a first point of escalation for client and process issues Actively look for ways to improve processes and applications and participate in cross functional teams as necessary Establish effective relationship with partners in Implementation, KYC and Operations to ensure a high level of client service and appropriate coordination Partner closely with the firm's sales and banking teams Communicate strategic direction and build team engagement in vision The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer. It may be different than what is listed on the requisition based on candidate experience level. Qualifications: Proven ability to build and lead effective, diverse teams Proven leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills Strong presentation skills and professional image Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management skills and ability to handle competing priorities Strong problem solving skills with the ability to understand complex customer structures A self-starter who does not require close supervision Strong organizational and time management skills Extensive knowledge of deposit and treasury products, payment systems, and associated regulatory environments including KYC and account documentation Thorough knowledge of financial exposure and operational risk related to transactions associated with bank products and services Proficient in all Microsoft Office products Experience: Bachelors degree and minimum 15 years equivalent work experience, or CTP certification and 15 years of equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years management experience.
