Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Develop a Consumer-inspired Engagement Strategy Lead Consumer Engagement Team as a strategic visionary, working with cross-functional partners and teams to determine critical success factors, operating plans and activities to support our digitally-led, 360 consumer transformations. Working with the Global Head of Consumer Marketing, drive consumer innovation through Storytelling, Content Creation and Activation Strategies that are aligned with brand equity, platform relevancy and consumer targeting and drive overall digital centric communication. Lead Partnership with Regions and Affiliates to develop the relevant marketing programs that takes into account digital/social, online and offline marketing initiatives; Liaise with Regions to understand local digital-centric initiatives and help markets take leadership positions in Omnichannel. Be a key contributor to the development of brand 3-year strategy; anticipate future opportunities via industry analysis, culture and trend forecasting and customer segment behaviors. Present and evangelize Customer Engagement strategy to senior leadership and C-suite executives in any and all forums requested. Identify, scope and define Consumer Engagement workflow processes with clear ownership, deliverables and accountability across stakeholders and cross-functional teams Ensure respective Consumer Engagement projects are tracking on budget.Ensure Best-in-Class, Digital-centric Brand Storytelling & Content Working with the Global Head of Consumer Marketing, develop 360 campaign storytelling strategies, briefs and activation strategies that recruit new consumers, cultivate existing consumers, reinforce prestige positioning, amplify brand reach and engage consumers across all digital channels. Work with Creative to generate fresh and engaging campaign ideas to deliver on program goals and deepen loyalty and affinity. Ensure creative is developed that meets the needs of the global affiliates and can be integrated at a local level; Partner with Regions and Affiliates to develop relevant and compelling messaging, and to quickly and effectively deliver them to consumers. Understand the pain points of the regions. Build and align goals across all levels of the matrix to ensure reduction of redundancies, spend and increase efficiencies globally; Enhance sharing of best practices globally and encourage optimization of existing initiatives. Ensure E-commerce site, in-store retail immersion and social and digital experiences are cohesive and compelling.Performance & Insights Managing our Director of Digital Intelligence, this role will help inspire our IQ practices while working closely with Consumer Insights team to ensure insights are gathered around campaign performance and input into creative briefs. Mentor our Director of Digital Intelligence in establishing best practices and key performance indicators that can impact content planning; Identify key drivers and make recommendations for optimization and future strategy including social listening, customer segmentation, audience development and platform trends and market feedback. Working with internal teams, partners and agencies, develop best-in-class practices for acquiring, engaging and retaining consumers. Candidate should have 10 years of relevant experience College Degree Required. MBA degree desired but not mandatory Excellent data analytical skills with ability to evaluate marketing programs Digital Marketing Experience preferred with experience in brand marketing or agency Keen understanding of digital marketing arena with ability to interface with International markets to facilitate program rollouts Ability to work with agencies to develop digital - centric content and plans and insure proposed plans represent brand priorities Innovative-Willingness to experiment with new concepts and approaches. Comes up with creative solutions to difficult problems. Ability to source new vendors, technology and platforms Needs to thrive in a fast-paced environment, oversee multiple projects, have attention to detail and work well with cross functional teams Strong communication - Clearly communicates expectations. Can relate to a range of people spanning business to creative to technical discipline Keen understanding of industry standards of measurement.
