Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This leadership role will manage four sub-capabilities: Product line-up, business model innovation, competitive strategies, Brand and customer strategies. They will be responsible for leading horizontally across the organization to create and deliver a truly integrated E2E go-to-market plan, accounting for the respective roles of each capability in achieving CTG 1 & 3 year commitments and for setting long-term direction for our brand and business model strategies. This role requires seasoned leadership in managing a $1B brand and balancing: units vs. revenue, short vs. long, traditional vs. emerging channels. The ideal candidate must: Be able to translate data and insights into winning competitive and growth strategies Have proven ability to develop brand and consumer strategies that inspire breakthrough communication and advertising Possess strong strategic thinking, keen attention to detail and operational rigor Be able to influence and add value across all levels of the Organization Have a proven track record for driving an innovative culture that translates into go-to-market successes and breakthrough outcomes Be experienced at inspiring, leading and developing members of the team Have a strong bias for action with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Intuit is a company where your creative inspiration can fuel BIG innovation.
