Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This role is primarily responsible for providing guidance and assistance regarding all aspects of the control issue lifecycle, as well as apprising senior management of ongoing and planned issue statuses, globally across Enterprise Infrastructure. The main day-to-day activities of the position include: Assist in supporting EI Risk Control teams in properly identifying issues in iCAPS, and having SIIs recognized as Issues Being Addressed by Management (IBAMs). Serve as liaison between EI Businesses and OTRC by providing updates on status of issues and monitoring remediation is timely. Assist in implementing standard processes and guidelines across EI for managing Internal Audit (IA) Issues, Self-Identified Issues (SII), and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and ensure compliance with the Global Issue Management and Corrective Action Plan Directive. Provide a systematic approach for reporting and apprising EI senior management, EO&T Risk Management, and EI Risk Management teams of issue metrics and statuses. Work with iCAPS Support team to ensure EI business requirements are being captured in future releases of iCAPs. Research, develop and prepare communications, metrics, scorecards, presentations and other reports for Senior Management as needed. Perform ad hoc risk analytics to identify themes / improvement opportunities and provide practical recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of the control environment. Support creation of internal team deliverables and coordinate timely submission of key team deliverables. Assists with ad-hoc projects when requested. Qualifications Prior experience must include 5-8 years in a related control discipline (e.g. Risk Management, Reporting, Internal / External Audit, etc.). Big 4 assurance or advisory experience a plus. BA / BS degree, or equivalent experience required. CISA certification preferred. Organized and analytical with keen attention to detail. Must demonstrate initiative, strong work ethic, excellent use of discretion and judgment, ability to work under pressure and multi-task on various assignments. Ability to develop strong relationships with peers and management. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of the organization. Experience with the Citi applications such as iCAPS desired. Expert use of MS Software such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience with collaboration tools such as MS SharePoint a plus. Strong knowledge of Citigroup policies/standards in operations and technology, operational risk management and controls a plus.
