Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The will work closely with the Product owners and development teams to complete workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, identify and elaborate on cross impacts, complete mappings across multiple applications, and any other deliverables needed. This role is supporting a fast moving team with multiple critical deliverables so flexibility and the ability to manage multiple streams of work is required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead and participate in all phases of the Agile Delivery Framework, including story creation, grooming sessions, and testing Translate business and design requirements into technical requirements for multiple Development teams to include back end service developers and UI developers Perform analysis on information consolidated from multiple sources, identify and resolve conflicts, and break down high-level information into detailed workable requirements and user stories Work with Developers and Subject Matter Experts to understand the work effort for requirements and identify risks and dependencies Actively participate in adding to wiki documentation of the latest business and technical requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Analyst, with heavy emphasis on technology and implementations Excellent verbal and written skills as this job primarily entails communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, and Jira Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle Experience with other programming languages (e.g. Java, Angular, JS) is a plus Excellent analytical skills.
