Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities include: Player Lifecycle Communication and Segmentation Design Collaborate with game teams to gather communication framework requirements Define the communication placement and parameter framework for each game and channel Using EA s lifecycle management platform, implement and validate changes to the framework Provide Product Managers with performance and gap analysis on the framework (how can we bring the most relevant and effective messages to our players?) In Game Campaign Implementation Plan, execute, verify, and track all individual campaigns across in game channels Balance game team priorities, network opportunities, and creative services bandwidth to maintain the multi-product campaign calendar Thoroughly understand goals and dependencies, driving conflicts to resolution to maintain an orderly and predictable schedule Own the execution of placement, targeting, timing, and governance for all campaigns in channels including interstitial, banner, push note, inbox, and store Program and publish campaigns efficiently and accurately for an array of stakeholders across products, meeting tight deadlines and complex requirements Maintain the in-game SKU catalog for all games, both setting up new offers and configuring variants to fulfill campaign goals Verify end-user experiences meet the expectations and standards of quality for our portfolio Campaign Analysis and Refinement Collaborating with the Product Management and Analytics teams, monitor campaign portfolio performance, identify trends, and tune the long-term strategy Study high-performing campaigns and produce case studies to share best practice recommendations Study low-performing campaigns and develop action plans for improvement Required Skills & Experience Self-starter with outstanding written and oral communication skills, able to communicate both creative and technical feedback User experience design enthusiast Precise attention to detail a must Mobile game experience a plus Experience with digital marketing Experience with data analysis Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle complex priorities and projects Proven ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and influence effectively Self-motivated team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day Enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment Unity and HTML experience a plus A/B and multivariate testing a plus Experience with a lifecycle management tool such as Upsight a plus Minimum Qualifications BS/BA degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business and/or related field and experience Strong understanding of, and interest in, the mobile games space as well as the wider online environment Experience with end-to-end project or program management (planning and execution) from work, internship, or extracurricular activity experiences.
