Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The UX Developer will work closely with UX Designers and Product Management to ensure a dynamic, robust, accessible experience for the end user. Candidates should have a passion for user-centered design, a relentless desire to innovate, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Fundamental Components: 5-7 years of development experience in a User Experience field Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, CSS frameworks, Javascript, responsive design, web animation Ability to interface with internal and external personnel to provide thought leadership or best-practices in web development Experience designing across platforms (web, tablet, mobile) in tandem with utilization of a device lab Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills Experience using TFS and Git Portfolio / samples of work BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired: Advanced degree(s) in human computer interaction, experience design, interaction design, cognitive science, information science, or related Experience with Angular Proficiency with accessibility standards EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
