Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its premier Patent Litigation team, focusing on the representation of companies involved in areas such as electronics, computer software and mechanical devices. Candidates must have (i) 2-3 years of relevant experience in patent litigation matters at a nationally recognized law firm or IP boutique firm; (ii) an undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science;(iii) excellent academic credentials from a law school institution; and (iv) strong research, writing and analytical skills. Expected responsibilities include preparing infringement/non-infringement contentions; preparing/responding to invalidity contentions; drafting claim construction briefs; preparing for depositions, including expert witness preparation; drafting dispositive motions, motions for summary judgement, motions to dismiss, and motions to transfer venue.
