Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Primary responsibilities include: Industry and company research Comparable analysis Financial modeling and credit analysis Transaction and due diligence support Portfolio and credit monitoring Communication with portfolio companies Prepare marketing materials Undergraduate degree with a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or other quantitative subjects Excellent analytical and accounting skills Familiarity with the capital markets (knowledge of debt and equity security terms and valuation methodologies) Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills Business related experience preferred, but not required Participation in the Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) program is a plus Fluency in both English and Spanish required Dual Mexican and American citizenship a plus.
