Job Responsibilities and Requirements: BASIC FUNCTION Ensure data quality standards are met in order to keep Inside Sales focused on outbound activities. Setup & actively monitor reports in the CRM to track changes (ex: new leads/contacts/accounts/duplicates) and act when best practices are not being adhered to Work with the Inside Sales Director to: Create dashboards, views and reports for the Inside Sales Team in our CRM Identify, assign (via CRM reports & owner assignment) & track key account targets for the Inside Sales team Ensure that all key target accounts are continuously added to our CRM and maintained to align with our corporate GTM strategy Identify key target accounts that lack data and contact breadth and execute regular notifications (via 1:1 meetings, email, CRM) to the IS team to focus on enhancing and covering all priority accounts Research, add to CRM and task out follow up on key contacts based on defined criteria (ex: roles, industry, location) Ensure that key vertical accounts that align with our corporate GTM strategy are continuously reviewed and added to the CRM as high priority targets Work cross-functionally to develop vertical messaging and launch email campaigns to contacts related to specific verticals and territories to generate targeted interest/leads Act as POC between Inside Sales Director and Marketing to ensure proper alignment of required collateral, events, and external campaigns (ex: importing, cleaning and tasking out lead follow up) to support opportunity generation pipeline objectives Actively monitor, review and assign all inbound leads and ensure timeline follow up by the Inside Sales team. Rejecting any leads early that do not fit our GTM strategy is also an important duty of this position Set up regular meetings with marketing to detail what the Inside Sales team may need to be more effective with outbound efforts Ensure that global processes are being adhered to by all Enablon sales stakeholders for our early stage pipeline activities (example opportunity stage, timeline, and ownership should always be accurately reflected) Support the Inside Sales Director in ensuring global accountability by arranging touch point meetings to review and discuss performance with each Inside Sales team member, led by the Inside Sales Director with input from the Inside Sales Coordinator Pull data from CRM to serve as 1:1 meeting agendas OTHER DUTIES Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by Inside Sales Director Qualifications: JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor s Degree in Business, IT or EHS from a 4 Year accredited College/University or equivalent is preferred Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing operations is preferred 2-3 years of experience with operational support using Salesforce.com CRM is preferred 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM Application Administration is an asset 2-3 years of experience in Marketing tools (ex Marketo) is preferred Must be experienced Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel and Power Point Must be detailed oriented and have strong problem solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential Ability to understand customer requirements and map to our solutions Ability to carry out strategic email campaigns and track performance Ability to multi-task Must be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and develop strategic account plans with the express purpose of maintaining existing business, strengthening relationships, and increasing pipeline.
