Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Seeking highly-qualified and motivated junior to mid-level associate for our Trademark/Copyright/Branding practice group in Houston, Kansas City, St. Louis, or Chicago. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of legal experience in U.S. trademark clearance, prosecution and TTAB work. Some litigation and international prosecution experience is preferred. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication and problem-solving skills.
