Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The VP, Colorado Operations develops processes and procedures, manages growth, builds and designs strategies, and creates a culture of excellence while managing multiple teams and tasks. The VP, Colorado Operations fosters a dynamic, fast-paced high output work environment that encourages and rewards personal initiative, achieving targeted metrics, teamwork, and innovation. This individual provides strategic leadership and oversight. This role champions, develops and drives a culture focused on quality, efficiency and customer service. The VP, Colorado Operations reports directly to the EVP. Required Skills Manage the day to day operations within the Chronos Solutions Title and Settlement branch in Denver, Colorado. Formulate departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output Build processes and procedures to increase the effectiveness Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy Review incremental sales and location performance reports, ensure customer service quality levels are consistent company goals, and provide associated ongoing feedback and recommendations Support the business development team by identifying potential markets and cross selling opportunities, including ancillary product offerings that enhance our competitive position in the marketplace Define and benchmark operating metrics against industry best practices Develop comprehensive quality control processes ensuring adherence to operating best practices Demonstrate leadership and vision managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives Exceptional analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality Provide effective follow-up and continuous monitoring oversight Responsible for the budgeting and financial reporting requirements of the Colorado office Continually review Colorado office revenue and expenditures; make recommendations for change/improvement on a continuous basis Ability to make complex and time sensitive decisions within the best interest of the organization Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with clients, outside vendors and investors Ability to look at situations from several points of view and delegate responsibilities effectively Identify appropriate action to effectively resolve problems Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, outlook, and PowerPoint) Required Experience Bachelors Degree Minimum of fifteen (5) years of title and settlement origination services experience with a strong track record of success Ability to communicate extremely effectively, both verbally and in writing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A focused self-starter, with the ability to drive projects independent of outside direction Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and Internet Research.
