Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Roles and Responsibilities: Communicate monthly sales call and any variance to objective Assign and track gap closure tactics Communicate short term and medium term risk and opportunities Influence timelines Understand product availability Work with Supply Chain/Logistics to meet customer deadlines and division financial objectives Serve as Sales/Supply Chain liaison Facilitate and lead field forecast process and monthly reconciliation Monitor and reduce Field A/R balance Manage Product Recalls with Field Recommended Skillset: Undergraduate degree in business field (MBA a plus) Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in CPG industry and sales functions Strong working knowledge of consumer package goods, including prior experience in sales, business analytics, grid planning or marketing required Strong ability to communicate (orally and in writing) complex information to many internal audiences with differing levels of knowledge Lead communications between Head of Sales and the National Sales Managers Experience in supply chain management or operations Highly organized with excellent planning ability Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, Event Management - Launch workbench & Field Sales Management Performance Indicators: Monthly target achievement Forecast accuracy Clear and concise communication of risks/opportunities Field A/R balance.
