Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The job holder uses existing and emergingtechnology platforms to design, develop and document technically detaileddistributed applications. S/he should be a determined and systematic thinkerwho can solve problems independently (minimal supervision). S/he should have anObject Oriented Analysis, Design and Programming foundation, supported byacademic credentials and years of practical experience. S/he should be able to take on a fulllifecycle responsibility for testing and deploying technical solutions. S/he should have a strong grounding in the fundamentals ofenterprise and middleware application development (space and time efficiency,IO management, concurrency, and transaction processing). S/heshould be results-oriented, innovative with track record of deliveringcritical, integrated technology solutions that are business focused Qualifications Preferred Skills: Highly proficient in C# .NET programming Highly proficient in SQL Server Querying Understanding of MQ Infrastrucure and FIX messaging Java Programming skills would be a plus Strong Excel Skills SSIS and SSRS expertise Production Support Knowledge Good Communication Skills Knowledge of Fixed Income Products a definite Plus. Qualifications Minimum 8 - 10 years experience required. Jobholder must have thorough knowledge of IT infrastructure and daily operationsand understand the impact of planned changes. S/he must have knowledge aboutthe functions and features of modern and traditional structured methods fordeveloping distributed applications. S/he must also have extensive experiencedeveloping distributed applications.
