QUALIFICATIONS - RECOGNIZES INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION WHICH ARE ACCREDITED BY THE COUNCIL FOR HIGHER EDUCATION ACCREDITATION OR EQUIVALENT Formula for Success - Leading a team of cross-functional professionals, you will manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of projects as performed by employees and Construction Contractors. - With your educational and professional background in Engineering, you will manage construction efforts and serve as the construction representative accountable for planning, developing, and organizing the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and time constraints. - Leveraging your strong communication and leadership skills, you will monitor construction productivity and schedule performance, and recommend and institute measures for improvement by modifying procedures and work instructions. - As a role model, you will adhere to Safety Procedures and promote a safety culture among the ranks and throughout and with Contractors. - Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will provide expert consulting during early project development stages including, but not limited to, development of conceptual construction schedules and strategies, project staffing plans, and logistics planning. This position requires all candidates to either currently possess or obtain and maintain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card from the U. S. Department of Homeland Security.
