Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Include: Maintain strong relationship with partner universities Work closely with the university partner and internal stakeholders to implement and bring to closure key strategic priorities as outlined in the Annual Partner Plan for each partner university Create and implement a comprehensive plan to acquire new degree programs within the assigned university partners Provide ongoing input into key messaging mechanisms such as marketing collateral, websites, events, etc. Work as part of the team to manage and oversee launch of new partners and programs Manage and resolve any strategic operational and process improvement matters at the university that impede performance Ensure partner universities are appraised of Academic Partnership s strategic initiatives and value propositions, and actively promote participation Work on resolving day-to-day operational and process improvement matters for assigned partner universities Work with internal teams needed to manage partner-facing program reviews Act as the internal escalation for assigned universities Participate in meetings as appropriate to ensure alignment, provide direction, review issues, updates, outstanding university approvals and deliverables, and address questions Actively support and enforce defined escalation and communication plans. Up to 50% domestic travel Qualifications Include: Master's degree 8 to 10 years of work experience and proven track record in business development, sales, and/or building strategic partnerships with universities or other highly complex companies or institutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills Understanding of business development principles Excellent leadership, relationship building and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Understanding of US higher education trends.
