Job Responsibilities and Requirements: 1. Possess a fundamental understanding of the Checking business strategies, goals, products and services 2. Design, coordinate and implement customer-need driven marketing programs for Checking, including tactical execution a. Translate LOB strategies into a feasible and cost-effective marketing plan b. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision 3. Manage execution and results of marketing plan with ownership and accountability for all aspects from the idea through execution and results 4. Evaluate the implementation and the effectiveness of the programs; determine successes and make recommendations on improvements going forward 5. Serve as key point of contact, with numerous service partners, in a leadership role to ensure a seamless on time, on budget delivery 6. Manage and lead the plan implementation across all marketing tactics including: Mass Media Advertising (Print, Radio, Out of Home, TV), Direct Mail, Email, Online Display and Search, Mobile, Social, Sales Collateral, Promotional Marketing Programs and Merchandising Material 7. Understand and apply approved risk management practices, including escalation of issues QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements BA/BS, MBA preferred 5 - 7 years of proven work experience in consumer marketing with a strong understanding/knowledge of bank products Bank product marketing experience strongly preferred Exceptional project management skills Additional Requirements Strong knowledge of bank operations, LOBM/COE/LOB roles and responsibilities, legal and compliance and risk rules & procedures Ability to develop and manage projects from inception to completion, by gaining alignment, without flaw, on time and on/under budget Talent to establish a strong working relationship with service partners and various levels of management to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of programs and procedures Skill to serve as a key point of contact, with numerous service partners in a leadership role, and lead cross-discipline project teams Ability to consistently prioritize workflow with heavy emphasis based on business impact.
