Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Facilitate multi club private event and outing arrangements by working directly with the clubs and being the point person for the client until the event is booked and the client is in the club market for the event. Development of a sufficient prospect inventory and maintain a tracking system to insure on-going contact with existing client base and development of new clients. Maintain and prospect base of 50 A prospects to reach revenue goals. Follow all Policies and Procedures. Adhere to all of the various written mandatory standards of operations, policies, and procedures, manuals, memos, oral instructions, etc., all of which go to make up the essential functions of the job. All service administered to Club Members/Clients and guests consistent with ClubCorp STAR service. Any updates in corporate or club policy will need to be implemented as rolled out immediately. Compensation $125K - $150K Job Requirements Excellent strategic membership sales, team selling, networking skills as well as good communication skills both verbal and written Sales experience in Membership as well as the Corporate, Association, Leisure, and 3rd party account development and strategy Proven track record of membership, hospitality, and/or catering sales success, with proven results exceeding sales goals and objectives. Ability to work with complex national accounts and proven experience in negotiating. Ability to deliver accurate and immediate follow up, while interacting with customers, clubs and Club Corp s functional areas efficiently. Ability to make decisions and/or mediate regarding account challenges or concerns. Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility. Ability to be positive, highly adaptive, embrace change, new ideas, and operate effectively as a team member and contributor. Ability to quickly develop and effectively utilize technical skills to positively impact corporate account growth. Effective use of Excel, Word, Power point, Lotus notes, and Club Corp sales technologies. Complete integrity and drive to succeed are essential.
