Job Responsibilities and Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Lead development of a Performance Reporting Dashboard for a Federal Law Enforcement Agency. The resource will gather requirements and strategize design of the dashboard according to those requirements. The majority of this work is done using Tableau, R, and some Excel. Serve as an arbiter of all agency performance measures and support agency-wide and external-agency data collection efforts.Responsible for oversight of automation efforts utilizing R. For example, designing methods for data connection to create summary statistics which are then fed into Tableau dashboards. Manage Tableau access for all agency modeling tasks including Reader, Desktop, and Server updates. Manage pilot distribution of dashboards to agency Leadership and select Regional Managers, train users, collect and incorporate feedback. Future tasks include developing new Tableau views, analyzing and cleaning data, and nation-wide deployment of dashboards to agency Leadership and all Regional Managers.Manage team resource data analyst / junior business SME. Respond to associated reporting requests. Perform ad-hoc data visualization and optimization.Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials. Task lead experience Tableau, Data Visualization, or UX knowledge Intermediate R experience Intermediate to Advanced Excel Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint Meeting facilitation Data collection and analysis (plus) Data management (SQL, SAS, other) (plus) Statistical Analysis tools (R, SPSS, other) (plus) Strong technical aptitude; experience with reporting development, and systems integration (plus) Six Sigma Green Belt (plus)Bachelor s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field. Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.Travel may be required.Ability to work overtime required on occasion.Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements. Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
