Job Responsibilities and Requirements: KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Translate 's Brand strategy into Single Family value proposition including voice/messaging guidelines. Define communication strategy - channels, cadence and metrics for customer-facing communications. Report to senior management on the unit's production, activities, and efforts. Serve as thought leader, partnering with stakeholders across the organization including sales, product, technology, communications and legal teams. Work closely with insights team to orient marketing programs and messaging to key customer needs and address gaps/pain points. Marketing strategy lead for key Single Family target audiences, defining value propositions and translating into content, campaigns that add value, deepen engagement and improve overall satisfaction Champion for customer-facing teams, delivering content and technology solutions that enable delivery of brand-defining experiences to customers. Act as Single Family content lead, establish strategy, process that supports messaging strategy and extends marketing initiatives, driving awareness and engagement. Stay current on industry trends, monitoring and ensuring communications are aligned with key trends, working with internal and external stakeholders and influencers. Plan, document, and manage the performance of subordinate managers and/or staff. Provide for professional or technical growth through assignment, mentoring, or training. Build strong marketing team, manage team of 5-10 and influencing the organization overall. Represent the unit as an expert or resource to cross-functional project or coordinating teams. Plan and manage the unit's budget. Approve expenditures or budget transfers. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 8 years of related experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Brand strategy and brand management (experienced leading / developing differentiated value propositions). Market research and customer insight development. Experienced in developing integrated marketing campaigns - including readiness across value chain. Management of internal and external creative teams (agency experience and management a must). Proven track record building teams and cultivating talent. 10 years of marketing experience, preferably experienced in leading change. Excellent understanding of marketing fundamentals. MBA preferred.
