Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will bring passion, dedication (and some fun) to the management of a crucial element of our development efforts within Finance. This role is ideal for a person who wants to be involved in all areas of Finance with managers at all levels, including Senior Management. The Finance Rotational Program Manager will have primary responsibility for: Managing all aspects of: 1) The Finance Analyst Rotational Program 2) The Finance Summer Intern Program 3) The new Finance Career Development Rotational Program Pilot (a new program; responsibility will involve creating overall program structure and guidelines) Assisting with the implementation of various elements of the Finance People Plan, as needed. Maintaining relationships with related programs (e.g., the Early Career Program; the Finance Actuarial Rotation program). Position Requirements: Position Requirements: Bachelor s degree from a four-year college or university Prior program management experience 5-10 years of job experience and a good knowledge of the Finance function; experience working in Finance is preferred Excellent communications skills, both written and oral Ability to work in a high intensity, fast-paced environment Exceptional time management and organizational skills Ability to interact effectively and persuasively with management.
