Job Responsibilities and Requirements: DUTIES: Design and develop Java and ATG software components for eBiz software applications using JEE, JEE best practices, Java programming, JSP, AJAX, XML, XSLT, basic UI, relational database SQL,. SOAP web services, and JAVA applications servers. Develop accurate level of effort estimates, and manage task schedules. Effectively communicate technical concepts to business teams in order to perform requirements analysis. Suggest innovative solutions to business problems using knowledge of object oriented design and design patterns, software architecture, and other processes that leverage technology to provide performance improvements and better user experiences. Provide direction and mentoring to junior developers, including knowledge of low level software design. As a lead member of the development team, use production diagnostic skills, knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile processes and methodologies, and knowledge of end to end testing and integration in order to interact with technical team leaders such as architects, testing, analysts, and release managers in order to accomplish business goals. REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science and 2 years of experience in the position offered or 2 years of experience in: Java programming, JAVA application servers, JEE, JEE best practices, and SOAP web services; JSP, AJAX, XML, XSLT and basic UI; relational database SQL; requirement analysis; object oriented design and design patterns; software architecture; low level software design; production diagnostic skills; software development lifecycle; Agile processes and methodologies; and end to end testing and integration.
