Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Treasurer is responsible for managing a small but effective treasury department at the corporation. The Vice President and Treasurer reports to the Senior Vice President and CFO of the Corporation. Reporting to the Vice President and Treasurer is an Assistant Treasurer and Treasury Analyst. One additional treasury professional reports to the Assistant Treasurer. Qualifications Include: Strong background in the areas of treasury including: debt and private placement financing structures; interest rate and foreign currency hedging programs; and domestic and international cash management programs. Strong relationships and experience in working with global financial institutions. Experience working with/knowledge of credit rating agencies. Significant, progressively responsible relevant experience including serving as a Treasurer for a global business. Strong, successful experience in a private company environment. Previous experience in a highly acquisitive business environment. Solid coaching and mentoring skills with a proven ability to develop direct reports and other members of an organization. Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills. Able to relate effectively with the Board of Advisors and all levels of the organization. Excellent relationship building skills with a strong orientation to serve as a team player at all levels within the organization. Persuasive negotiating skills. MBA and accounting experience/skills a plus. We will evaluate incoming resumes based upon this roles qualifications.
