Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Duties and Responsibilities: Lead producer overseeing the Release Process for all Drupal code deployments globally. Prioritize, scope, & oversee work by engineers & sysadmins to implement release process improvements.Pro-actively improve release process, identifying opportunities to improve business KPIs via more efficient tools & processes, continually iterating to keep ELC Onlines Drupal code release process on par with modern DevOps best practices. Develop project proposals for Release Process improvements to determine goals, requirements, scope, time frame, scheduling, funding and resources within the guidelines of divisional strategies and objectives, working in an Agile fashion. Create a roadmap for implementing Continuous Integration for Drupal code releases. Scope & lead the corresponding projects to deliver on converting ELCs Drupal platform to a Continuous Integration model. Create processes & documentation around global releases including developer access, training, & onboarding to ensure that the engineers deploying code are properly trained.Communicate & document release process changes, improvements, & best practices.Coordinate every code release that affects the Drupal Platform level (all 440 Drupal sites) - work closely with Drupal New Features & Maintenance Producers & QA to prioritize tickets for release & ensure all tickets are fully tested in time for the release. Communicate every code release that affects the Drupal Platform level, including analysis of impacts & any necessary Change Controls, sending announcements to stakeholders both before and after each code release.Oversee costs to ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget. Identify options and recommend course of action in relation to issues and reach resolution. Additional temporary projects outside of Drupal will be assigned, including ScrumMaster for New Platform & API Gateway builds. Qualifications: 4 years project management and/or online code development & deployment experience.Familiarity with DevOps best practices; code release tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket; the concepts of Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment; and Cloud.Proven track record of managing cross platform website projects (PC, mobile, tablet) with large groups of distributed stakeholders and project team members. Strong knowledge of Drupal CMS, web technologies, and Agile methodologies, including expertise with Jira. Working with International teams and off-shore development teams a plus.Pro-active problem solving abilities.Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.Highly flexible & adaptable and uses diplomacy when handling conflicts.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, and demonstrates enthusiasm towards colleagues and teams.
