Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The primary responsibility will be to manage and continuously improve the Cleared Swaps on-boarding process: Manage the client on-boarding from start to finish for clients intending to trade Cleared Swaps Be the dedicated point-person for Cleared Swaps for the Business Lines and clients to facilitate the setup process and respond quickly to their needs Become a subject matter expert on the Cleared Swaps on-boarding process Establish and maintain strong procedures including clear roles and responsibilities for all internal departments involved to ensure the entire end-to-end process is as smooth as possible Educate new and prospective clients by walking them through the Cleared Swaps on-boarding process Organize meetings as required with stakeholders to make decisions or assign tasks Work with external vendors and Central Counterparties (CCPs) to manage external operational setups Provide regular updates on progress to management, Business Lines and clients Projects: Lead projects assigned by the Client On-Boarding Manager or the Head of Client On-Boarding and Reference Data, Americas Manage the initiative to enhance the On-Boarding Website offered to new and existing clients Represent the department in firm-wide projects related to new cleared swaps products Process Improvement: Take initiative to devise new ideas to maximize efficiency of On-Boarding process Keep up with industry changes and modify processes accordingly Participate in team projects to improve experience and services On-Boarding Provides to internal and external clients Continuously improve On-Boarding tools such as the On-Boarding Website and Enterprise Workflow Tool SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Skills: Highly organized at tracking short-term and long-term deliverables for self and other departments Able to see the big picture and drive projects to completion quickly and accurately Strong decision making and prioritization skills Able to manage and exceed expectations of multiple stakeholders Adept at providing excellent service and responsiveness to internal and external clients Analytical Skills: critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving on micro and macro levels Ability to learn new, complex processes quickly and find potential flaws or ways to improve Strong sense of when to escalate to senior management issues which are either time-sensitive or involve risk Ability to adapt plans to changing environment Excellent follow through and responsiveness with both internal and external clients Polished presenting skills Ability to listen to clients needs and offer assessment of available solutions to meet those needs Superb written and oral communication skills Consistent performer at the highest standards Experience: 5 years project management experience with an emphasis on managing high touch, high profile projects from start to finish 3 years financial industry experience On-boarding/new account documentation experience a plus Legal, Compliance, and Credit Risk knowledge/experience a plus Sales/Teaching experience a plus TECHNICAL SKILLS: Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of web design a plus EDUCATION: Bachelor s degree required, MBA preferred REQUIRED REGISTRATIONS: Series 99 or equivalent (obtained within 120 days of hire) Series 3, 7, 24 preferred.
