Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The successful candidate will provide daily in-person client support during core business hours at the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC. This position will perform and have the following roles and responsibilities: Provide overarching budget and financial support in all areas of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) with particular focus on budget preparation and justification, funds execution, program planning and analysis and the presentation of this data in various formats. Support the preparation of procurement documentation, including Procurement Requests (PR), Statements of Work (SOW), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL). Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating various budget exhibits and budget back-up material. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating various budget exhibits and budget back-up material. Assist with monitoring and updating spend plans, adjusting allocations to revised budget controls, preparing reprogramming requests, and the day to day budget execution process. Provide expertise and cost data to assist in developing and maintaining Life Cycle Cost Estimate (LCCE) Models. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration and 15 plus years of professional experience. This person must also have the following: Must have active Navy ERP account Expert level experience and knowledge in Navy ERP Active Secret Clearance Solid Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access skills Strong communication skills Strong leadership skills and ability to lead teams Strong organization and time management skills ECS Federal provides equal employment opportunities (EEO).
