Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Formulate, analyze and apply global risk management models to U.S. based clients with global insurance exposures using advanced mathematical skills combined with risk management, crisis prevention and policy formulation tools. Evaluate foreign market segments by identifying industry structure, technological change, cost drivers, price segments, and local geographic preferences. Collaborate with senior managers in formulating global market analysis using industry models, such as MBA Case Analysis Structure, Lean Thinking, 7S Model, Industry and Competitive Frame Analysis, and Market Characteristics, determining foreign constant and variables, alternatives, conflicting local laws & regulations, and the probability of economic growth in conjunction with targeted industries. Conduct risk management analysis by contacting customers and preparing reports. Evaluate internal and external structural problems and implement organizational changes using Applied Systems, TAM (The Agency Manager) and Excel. Streamline the research process to better coordinate with product marketing, resulting in more successful marketing of specialty insurance programs and overall increased sales. Required education level: Masters Degree in International Business Training Required: NYS Broker License (Property/Casualty, Life, Accident, Heath No work experience necessary.
