Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Seeking a Project Manager to provide the daily technical direction of the design, estimate preparation, and execution of multiple construction projects with the collaboration of the Senior Project Manager, Project Superintendent and the balance of the project team. The Project Manager understands, communicates and ensures that the vision of the customer is met on each and every project. Background check, MVR report and drug testing are required for employment. REQUIREMENTS Four year Engineering, Construction, Architectural, or construction related degree from an accredited College or University or other related degree is supported by construction oriented course work or experience. Experience in commercial design/build construction with industrial, manufacturing, and warehousing experience a plus 3-5 years in the Construction industry with similar experience Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word. Working knowledge of estimating, project management and cost accounting principles and software.
