Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: For each campaign/initiative: Project manager for each campaign Coordinate efforts across internal and external players Work closely with regional strategists to incorporate local considerations Create and deploy a toolkit for each campaign including best practices, style guide, formats and internal/external distribution recommendations Understand business challenges and where content can help drive results Conduct stakeholder interviews, use data and insights to help inform content strategy Set audience and channel specific strategies including social networks, email, video, and more Manage the editorial publishing process and coordinate content producers across the firm Liaise with regional strategists, ensuring coordination, cross-pollination, and local translation Act as both a creative director and editor of creative concepts Engage creative partners ranging from internal resources to outsider vendors Manage content production budgets Extract insights from content analytics to inform and continuously improve content performance Define key metrics that signal success of content and how it links back to business drivers Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in a relevant field Critical and structured thinker with superior analytical and problem solving abilities Highly organized and able to develop and implement process Strong contributor and effective team player with ability to deliver in fast paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple demands High degree of professional discretion, integrity and judgment BA/BS Required Marketing/Communications.
