Job Responsibilities and Requirements: JOB DUTIES Call on and identify key clients who can direct title business Research companies, markets and real estate transactions to build business Utilize marketing materials showing organizational structure and service value proposition Work with operational teams to ensure transactions are completed in timely fashion Keep current with Liberty Title & Escrows products/services, the industry and competitors Maintain high activity rates with key partners, communicating with targets regularly Work with managers and executives to meet monthly and yearly sales goals. Prepare action plans and forecasting conversations. Escalate client concerns to operations management. Communicate products and services (such as Rate Calculator, Liberty Social and Liberty Leads) Partner with Libertys Training Director for LinkedIn Seminars. All other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent Two years experience in title sales, real estate sales or mortgage sales preferred Experience in selling in a competitive National Title Market. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to use PC and have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to meet deadlines, plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred multi discipline experience in the mortgage banking industry. Existing book of business.
