Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key responsibilities: 1. NA Region FP&A. Working closely with the NA Region VP of FP&A to enhance current analyses, develop and implement efficient and value added processes across brands and functions within the region. E.g. margin analytics across channels and accounts, ROI on key launches and sub category performance, effectiveness of resource re-allocation. 2. Assist the VP in managing our brands margin terms with all accounts and channels. Develop analyses to prepare for negotiations to leverage our strength and ensure accretive decision making by our KAM and brand teams. Leading margin impacts from changing terms, discounting. 3. Lead the account management reporting and analytics. Utilizing the legacy door P&L system and COPA to leverage data to trend performance against targets. Manage the qtrly scorecard attainment at the account level across brands. Engage the brand account leads to action change to generate accretive results. 4. Assist in the continued development of reporting to drive analytics and alignment with strategy. Channel reporting and leveraging our brands within the channels to drive accretive results. 5. Proactive forward looking alignment with strategic goals of the region, coupled with developing alternatives in the face of challenging results. 6. Synthesizing sales and investment data to ensure our brands and functions are aligned with strategy and plan. Evaluating the data for success or challenges and bringing forth recommended actions for management to consider. 7. Lead the business case development and financial management of the brands capital investments with our retail partners. Utilizing the regional fixed asset team to perform value added ROI analysis on capital investments. Develop dynamic capital reporting and analysis to drive action by our Key Account Management team. Leveraging our brands strength s to negotiate optimal cost share arrangements, space and location in store. 8. Manage the capital authorization process across brands. Create standardization and efficiency in use of the new capital estimate system. 9. Managing the NA Region FP&A consolidation of financial results. Lead in the development of the monthly financial performance report. 10. Working across all brands and accounts as the Key Account Manager s lead FP&A support. Providing valuable analysis to the KAM teams to action with retailers utilizing the strength of our brands. 11. Receptive and action oriented regarding Ad-hoc analysis. Leveraging the mass of internal data to execute quickly and effectively to answer questions and drive decision making. Secondary responsibilities: 1. Developing reporting and processes to execute the key objectives above. 2. Utilize the matrix of brand financial personnel to develop a strong value added FP&A, team. Undergraduate degree in finance 8 years plus experience in finance, business analytics MBA preferred or MBA in process Experience in a fast moving consumer products industry Excellent analytical skills required and strong Excel/database skills necessary. Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus and strong communication and presentation skills necessary. Working knowledge of SAP, CPM, BEX, Excel, power point.
