Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Pricing and Product Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data associated with product and market performance in order to develop pricing solutions that optimize revenue performance. In order to be productive, this person needs to have the ability to consult, research, data mine, analyze and communicate findings to the Director of Pricing and Partnership Analytics. Responsibilities Product Analysis - Collect and analyze data associated with all connectivity and entertainment products and report performance on a routine and ad-hoc basis - giving insight to product utility and contribution to strategic goals. Merchandizing Optimization - Develop rational solutions and testing methods in order to achieve corporate strategic goals by adjusting product display priorities, introducing new products and coordinating cross-departmental product initiatives. Trend Analysis - Utilizes appropriate analytical methods and approaches to update performance metrics and forecast performance based on observations. Internal Results Communication - Professionally packages data analysis and conclusions in a concise and impactful format in order to communicate analyses to the Manager of Pricing and Product Strategy. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in analytics and/or database marketing is required. Experience in programming and/or analytical tools (SQL, SAS, Tableau, advanced Excel, Access) to efficiently and effectively extract, transform and summarize data with minimal supervision; Bachelor degree in Business / Marketing, Statistics, Economics/Econometrics or other quantitative discipline is required. Demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities and commitments so that projects are completed in a timely manner and organizational responsibilities are completed. Gogo s worldwide inflight Wi-Fi services have made internet and video entertainment a regular part of flying.
