As a company Data Center Program controls PM, you have responsibility for managing process implementation working with the tool development teams that enable standardization across Data Centers' construction program. You have deep understanding of overall construction program life cycle and associated controls processes. You will be the liaison between end-users and software development team to successfully implement program-wide tools globally. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs with engineers. Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. From developing and maintaining our data centers to building the next generation of company platforms, we make company 's product portfolio possible. We're proud to be our engineers' engineers and love voiding warranties by taking things apart so we can rebuild them. We're always on call to keep our networks up and running, ensuring our users have the best and fastest experience possible. Responsibilities Analyze existing business processes for areas of improvement and gaps including the coordination and creation of documentation, communications and training. Be the end-to-end owner of processes for research, engineering, construction, and handover for operations. Support the roll-out of project management tools and their integration with existing business systems; this role will be the business owner of these tools working closely with internal Information Management team to roll out program-wide tools. Align functional objectives, key performance indicators and metric reporting. Provide function with business process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma [DMAIC, SIPOC, BPM], Capability Maturity Model Integration [QPM, RSKM, IPM], and ISO 9000 practices. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Economics, or other technical field or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of relevant work experience (engineering, construction, or procurement) Experience in process development, implementation, and improvement Experience with company applications (i.e., Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Forms, Drive, etc.) Preferred qualifications: MS or MBA degree with a technical emphasis. Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization with experience leading cross-functional process improvements and holding project leads accountable to the greater project goals. Experience in Primavera P6, SQL basics; Construction Project management software (i.e. Oracle Primavera, Unifier, Meridian Prolog, CMiC, SAP, Bluebeam); Latista, Vela, BIM 360 Field; Visio, OmniGraffle; Design Software / BIM basics, (i.e. AutoCAD Architecture, MEP, Revit MEP, Navisworks). Deep understanding of capital delivery processes, lean processes (SIPOC - Supplier Input Process Output Customer, Value Stream Mapping, Pull Planning, A3, etc.) Tenacious problem solver with strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills. Comfortable shifting between hands-on detailed analysis and big picture thinking and customizing communication based on the audience.
