Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Include: Serve as the day-to-day project manager/ coordinator supporting reinsurance/ M&A transactions, due diligence processes, actuarial/ financial modeling and various investment and capital initiatives for the Legacy portfolio. Work closely with external advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects/ transactions progress within the required timeframe. Organize and prepare materials for meetings and workshops to facilitate discussions, report status and escalate issues for resolution. Support project scoping and budget review while ensuring requirements from internal stakeholders are met. Collaborate with other project managers to drive efficient and effective implementations and processes. Facilitate sharing of data and information across internal teams, external advisors and counterparties, covering management of virtual data rooms. Position Requirements: Requirements 5 years of experience in the insurance/ financial services industry; generalist with insurance business knowledge, a broad background in Actuarial/ Finance, and experience in Reinsurance/ ALM/ Investment and Capital Strategy/ M&A a plus. Experience working with technical subject matter experts (in areas of Finance/ Actuarial/ Investments) and ability to quickly source, understand and synthesize information; knowledge of Life, Annuity, Health, P&C products and actuarial modeling platforms a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management, internal functional partners, and external advisors. Demonstrated success coordinating large-scale, cross-functional projects and transactions with evolving timelines and priorities. Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to support teams in delivering timely results and quality work products. Excellent PowerPoint skills and proficiency with Excel and Word. Bachelor degree or higher; MBA a plus. Preferable disciplines include Business, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics.
