Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Develop commercial strategy by comparing enterprise strength in market for strategic products or services. Identify current costs including total system cost for strategic products or services. Conduct cost and price benchmarking analysis across the enterprise. Track, record, and report savings for procurement and supply chain functions. Report non-confidential business unit plans or project schedules that will impact the supplier (e.g., increase or decrease in operations, property acquisitions or sales). Recommends process improvements based on data trends. Build relationships with all departments as required. Performs analysis to optimize Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics and Inventory. Identify and support implementation of best in class processes and systems. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or related fields. Master s degree preferred. Excellent time management skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be able to establish and maintain good working relationship with team and all levels of management, departments and employees. Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Make decisions that properly reflect company policy. Strong oral, written and organizations skills are required. Able to work successfully in a team environment. Able to drive implementation of policies, procedures and best practices. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering. 3-5 years experience in planning, analysis, researching, consulting or other related business expertise. Experience in these areas considered a benefit. Proficient in MS Office. ESSENTIAL SKILLS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS Broad exposure and understanding of market dynamics, forecasting, analysis and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Knowledge of an experience in research and economic analysis techniques. Strong analytical research and presentation skills with the ability to make recommendations. Ability to work in an ambiguous matrix environment and aggressively take the lead on making recommendations that will result in cost savings. Strong interpersonal skills to interface with internal personnel as well as outside vendors. Knowledge of computer technology for statistical analysis. Highly motivated and a self-starter with the ability to work independently. Effective time management and work prioritization. Able to perform comprehensive analysis and reasoning. Possess the capabilities needed to deliver effective solutions to complex business challenges. Able to perform comprehensive analysis and reasoning. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
