What skills does SEED look for? o MSC or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience o Extensive experience of game development / game engine development o Experience researching & developing new simulation, rendering, animation and/or AI techniques o Experience working & collaborating closely with designers and artists o Experience leading small tech & creative teams and projects o Strong desire to build new types of experiences and adapt, extend or invent the technology to power them o Great communication skills, able to synthesize ideas and share those with the team o Resourceful & creative problem solver that can think about the end user first We think that you are an open and curious person who is eager to both learn and teach. This is a small & exploratory team and we believe you are interested in a wide range of problems and opportunities, as well as be used to taking initiative. Good to have o Technical demo or publications o Knowledge of additional topics, such as physics and simulation o Math skills: calculus, linear algebra, numerical optimization and probability theory o Able to take ideas and build upon state-of-the-art techniques from scientific papers & research as well as contribute back to the communities o Knowledge of game content creation & common DCC packages
