Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Conduct unit and process testing to ensure system works as specified and meets specified quality controls and standards Create test scenarios and coordinates user acceptance testing Prepare software test documentation including but not limited to Software Test Plans (STP), Software Test Descriptions for Individual Component Validation (ICV) and Component Integration Tests (CIT), Software Test Reports (STR), and any other required or deliverable test documentation Execute test activities as directed by Senior Test Analyst in accordance with Program Manager direction and with the Integrated Master Schedule for test activities Analyze test coverage for requirements documented in the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and documents tests in the RTM Identify any testing shortfalls to the Senior Test Analyst Perform full test coverage of software components (COTS and developed RICE-W objects) and interfaces Perform regression test activities to gain assurance that changes do not impact other portions of the software system Record defects in IBM Rational or another defect-tracking system Minimum Requirements: 5 years of experience Testing Oracle Financials R12 Release Testing Experience BS in a technical field Experience writing test plans, test scripts, testing documentation Experience with at least 2 of the following Oracle EBS Financial Modules accounts payable accounts receivable Budget Execution Oracle Purchasing general ledger Sub ledger accounting Trading community architecture Preferred Qualifications: Experience testing Oracle EBS solutions and documenting test activities Experience with Oracle EBS Financial Modules Test experience doing the following (or similar) activities: Defining the detailed test approach Updating the Requirements Test Traceability Matrix (RTM) Component Validation (ICV) and Component Integration Test (CIT) Establishing test environments Staging test data if required Managing defects Providing test status reporting Experience with IBM Rational quality Manager Public Trust security clearance MS in a technical field Careers.
