Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Ideal candidates will have an engineering or construction related degree or a combination of education and experience. Candidates should have a minimum of seven years of construction experience, with at least three in a supervisory capacity. Additionally, at least three years of multi-family construction experience is preferred. Our Project Managers have total responsibility for ensuring timeliness and municipality compliance while supervising project personnel and assigning work. EOE Job Requirements: Oversee projects to ensure timely completion and compliance, while directing team and assigning tasks. Ensuring that all project goals are met Monitoring quality of workmanship and materials on project Scheduling all vendor deliveries and subcontractors' work Coordinating subcontractor submittals to construction and development departments Maintaining weekly status reports on project for supervisory review Reviews and approves monthly draws Prepares and logs change orders Supervises and delegates work Maintains record of job costs Promotes safety on the project Conducts material take-off prior to construction to verify quantities Reviews material quantities with estimating and purchasing personnel prior to construction Manages all administrative functions of the project Assists in local permitting process Ensures that all training requirements are met for project management staff EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: College degree in engineering or construction, or related degree, or a combination of education and experience.
