Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The SVP, eCommerce, North America will develop and manage a high-performing sales and consulting team, ensuring excellent training, methods and the highest ethics. Leveraging a significant investment in new technology, the team will sell global and national firms and educate and assist regional sales team members on best products and practices. Other responsibilities include co-development of the incentive plans, targets, forecasting and management of sales team performance. The leader will work cooperatively and cross-functionally with all relevant functional areas to ensure a high performing team and great organizational effectiveness. Client feedback and direction to the product team is highly beneficial. Leads a team of 25 employees (9 direct reports). This role will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Global eCommerce. Facilitate the resolution of escalations, financial dispute/issues and general business management. Understand industry trends and effectively position Elavon products and services to drive sales opportunities. Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree - 10 or more years of sales experience in the financial services industry- Five or more years of management experience Preferred Skills/Experience- Expert knowledge of sales and sales strategies - Effective and recent sales in the eCommerce marketplace- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent management and leadership skills- Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills- Excellent customer service/relations skills - Salesforce or CRM fluency- Considerable knowledge of banking products/services, banking operations, and current market trends- Ability to make critical decisions independently Sales Georgia-GA-Atlanta 1st - Daytime Yes, 25 % of the Time.
