Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Seeking an associate with 2 years of IP patent preparation and prosecution experience to join its pre-eminent, national IP Electronics Practice Group in Milwaukee. We are seeking an individual with immediately transferable skills, a strong academic background, and excellent written and oral communication skills. A degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or a related field is required. Our ideal candidate will have major law firm experience with one or more of the following: Internet technologies, communications systems and networks, wireless systems, computer hardware and software, and other technologies. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from a top-tier ABA-approved law school, and be in good standing and an active member of the Wisconsin Bar.
