Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Duties include: Develop complete millwork and door materials lists, hardware lists and bid qualifications in a timely manner, using blue prints or other documents provided by customers and sales reps. Provide professional service to customers including proper phone etiquette, resolving problems in a timely manner, and maintaining communication with supervisor and all parties involved. Maintaining an open relationship with the outside sales staff and inside account reps to enhance communication and increase efficiency. Accurately enter data, complete quotes, and manage special orders. Resolve problems and work together with inside account reps to foresee discrepancies. The ideal candidate would possess a High School Diploma and have 5 years in a customer service or estimating position required. Knowledge of millwork products and doors is required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work with a variety of customers and departments. Excellent computer and phone skills required. Must be able to work together in a team environment. Must possess a strong knowledge of construction principals.
