A fast growing public accounting firm is looking for a Senior External Auditor to a Manager of Audit. Responsibilities: Audit Financial Statements of clients ranging from construction, government contractors, non profit organizations, technology, software, services and others. Ensure compliance with GAAP and GAAS standards. Managed staff auditors and interns by delegating responsibilities, reviewing and approving work performed, and providing constructive feedback for personal development and coaching purposes. Quarterly and annual reviews through development and analysis of data requirements. Research and analyze new and existing accounting and reporting pronouncements, utilizing authoritative guidance and determining external disclosure requirements. Responsible for planning and executing key phases of yearly financial audits, including financial statements quarterly reviews, business process and controls testing to ensure a prompt and efficient completion of the audit. Research accounting pronouncements relevant to client issues. Help foster strong relationships with key members of client management and deliver quality service while performing within established time and cost constraints. Should ideally posse a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance. CPA or CPA bound. Should have 3 years of current public accounting experience.
