Communicating the status, benefits, and the impact of requirements on business strategy and operational goals. Balancing multiple projects with aggressive timelines. Conducting meetings with clients to discuss their business process, requirements and functional design. Developing detailed requirements and the necessary use cases to obtain sign off from business clients. Supporting User Acceptance Testing for each application release. Engaging with the technical teams throughout the Systems Development Lifecycle to deliver the solution. Identifying disparate and overlapping current and future state workflows. Evaluating solutions that most effectively meet business needs. Developing knowledge of and adherence to the software development life cycle. Participate in the analysis, risk assessment, and process evaluations in support of Broadband platforms, assist in the implementation of several enhancements to the platform and business process. Should have experience writing requirements and use cases.
